Beneath the blanket of the night, the stars board a ferry moving backwards, upon which they watch the azure of the sky retreat into the far distance. Peering through the window, they grope haphazardly at the coarse ocean. A soundscape, the edges of which are muffled and muted with rubber. To allow the course of a familiar wind to direct one's footsteps back home one evening. From the melaleuca at the fork of the road to that small sloping path, the frogs and the snails, the bonsai and the howling dogs.


聲音穿梭於街燈下遊蕩，徘徊在馬路，冷氣槽和升降機。沉默的琴聲在心底潛行，欲在耳窩背面微微震顫。永恆的一秒一𣊬即逝。

Sound, in its circuitous journey ambles beneath the streetlights, wandering the streets, nestling in the troughs of air conditioners and ascending elevators. The silent sound of the piano is creeping in the depths of my heart, I feel its tremors reverberating faintly behind the cradle of my ear. Each instant of eternity evaporates in a heartbeat.


《好似一直擁有那隻眼》- 聲音拼貼集收錄2023年夏的diy創作實驗。素材源自硬碟裡沉澱多時的錄音，配以midi 拼貼和重組，喚醒聚散的記憶。這些作品在配樂、田野錄音、即興演奏間搖擺，單純用聲音堆砌一種敘述。像是翻開隨身攜帶的筆記本一頁一頁地寫，是一趟創造力的實驗。滾動思索的眼球，記錄使我們緊記。

'Only To Be Found' collects a series of DIY experiments conducted in the summer of 2023. The raw material for these acoustic essays originates from recordings buried deep in the recesses of my hard drive, and through an exercise of cut and paste and MIDI pastiche, these sonic memories have been resurrected and given a new lease of life. These works straddle the lines between soundtracks, improvisational performance and field recordings, and can be taken more broadly as sketches of narratives pieced together with bits of sound. Such a process can be likened to scribbling, page by page, upon a notebook that I carry with me, a continuous experiment in the field of creativity. Soliciting the rapid movement of eyeballs sunk in thought, the act of recording commits us to remember that which passes.
